Eligibility: Open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Boss Shotshell MFG Co. & Boss Shotshells, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Fill out online form entering first name, last name, email and phone number. Must be 18 to enter. All entries agree to be signed up for future marketing from Boss Shotshells via email and SMS.
Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins at November 15, 2024 and ends at December 13, 2024. All entries must be received by within the entry period.
Winner Selection: Nine (9) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Drawing will take place on or around Dec 13, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone, followed by email within 7 days of drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. As winners are selected they can choose from the nine available shotguns.
Delivery: Prize must be shipped to a licensed gun dealer. All winners must supply address and phone number of their preferred dealer.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Boss Shotshell MFG Co. and Boss Shotshells use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or voice for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: Boss Shotshell MFG Co reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Boss Shotshell MFG Co reasonable control impair the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Boss Shotshells in its sole discretion. Boss Shotshell MFG Co. via Boss Shotshells as managers of giveaway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or who violates these Official Rules.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Boss Shotshell MFG Co. in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
